Do you own a container storage yard? We have a custom software that allows you to manage all aspects of the managing your yard efficiently. Starting with receiving containers, storage of containers, shipping and delivery of containers. We also have a module to create invoices based on your Booking number or container number. You can manage additional charges like storage charges, container lift charges, etc.

• You can create as many customers as you like
• Add your own yard drivers with access to an app login where they can start and complete orders
• Multiple order features:
  • You can create a single order with multiple containers assigned to the same booking number.
  • Add your container type rates within the customers, and the software will calculate the final rate for you by selecting the type from the drop-down.
  • You can enter the estimated date; actual dates will be entered when the containers are in (by the driver or admin).
  • Each order will have detailed values to enter or select, such as Gate Booking numbers (IN and OUT), Truck numbers (IN and OUT), Shipping line, Type, Size, Carriers (IN and OUT), Seal number, Yard location with container location, and container condition.
  • Enter container lift charges for each customer, so when creating orders, you need only to enter the numbers of container lifts, and the system will calculate the final amounts.
  • Automatic status updates for each order
  • Download CONTAINER DROP-OFF INTERCHANGE pdf receipts (IN and OUT) after orders are completed
• Create invoices for your orders:
  • Invoices can be based on customer or booking number
  • Ability to edit (changes for tax rates), delete, download PDF and directly email the invoice to the customer

  • Setup your list of carriers (with email ID), container size, terminals, shipping lines, payments terms and taxes
  • Add multiple yard locations, and within each yard location, you can add multiple container locations.
• Automatic email to customer and carrier when the container is In the yard and when the container is leaving the yard.
• IOS and android app features:
  • Each driver will have their personal app login through which they will see every new (pending) order created by the system.
  • Search by booking number or order number
  • The driver can add their remarks (Comments) and will have to select the container condition, yard location and container location to start the order by simply clicking the IN button. Selected values, if different from what the system has, will reflect whatever is selected here.
  • Orders, while in progress, will allow the driver to modify any value
  • Ability to add pictures as well
  • Once the order is marked completed by clicking the OUT button, no changes will be allowed for the driver.
  • Actual IN date and OUT date with time are automatically taken and are reflected in the system.
